Morgan DiPietro

Morgan DiPietro is a concert saxophonist and community activist passionate about music and marginalized communities. They are currently the baritone saxophonist in the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Wind Ensemble and Au Saxophone Quartet. Morgan has recently performed by invitation at the Navy Band Saxophone Symposium and North American Saxophone Alliance Region 5 Conference. They were a semi-finalist at the American Single Reed Summit Young Artist Competition in Kirksville, Missouri, and has performed in masterclasses with renowned saxophonists Dr. Otis Murphy, Dr. Fredrick Hemke, and Dr. Taimur Sullivan.

An active member of UWO's campus community, Morgan served as executive chair for Local Music on Reeve Union Board and was a Community Advisor for dorm residents at UWO including the LGBTQ+ community floor. They have organized and administered many musical events such as Campfire on the Fox, Alternative Night, Brass Band Night, and the Wisconsin Saxophone Summit. Morgan also founded the Titan Saxophone Club at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2018 where they serve as President. Additionally, Morgan is currently an intern at UWO’s LGBTQ+ Resource Center.

Morgan is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh pursuing a Bachelor in Music degree in Saxophone Performance. They are currently studying saxophone with Dr. Drew Whiting. After completing their degree they plan to attend graduate school for Women and Gender Studies.


Seychelle Dunn-Corbin

Seychelle Dunn-Corbin is a Boston-based saxophonist best known for her dedication and advocacy of works by composers of the African diaspora. An alumna of Morgan State University, Seychelle has studied with accomplished composers Dr. James Lee III and Dr. Nkeiru Okoye, as well as jazz saxophonist Tim Green and pianist Dr. Stephanie Bruning.
Upon completing her studies and earning both a B.A. & M.A. degree in music, Seychelle furthered her education at Longy School of Music of Bard College in Cambridge, Ma, earning her graduate performance diploma while studying with classical saxophonist Kenneth Radnofsky. It was at Longy that Seychelle was able to refine her skills as a classical musician, participating in as many ensembles as she could; Seychelle has performed and premiered a wide variety of both original and transcribed manuscripts.
In 2019, she completed her Doctorate of Musical Arts in Saxophone Performance from Boston University. Currently, Seychelle performs with the Area 9 Saxophone Quartet, NorthStar Duo, and the Megalopolis Saxophone Orchestra; in addition to serving as faculty at Bunker Hill Community College, Roxbury Community College, and Salem State University. An active member of the Omega Eta Zeta chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, she is the current 2nd Vice President, and proudly serves the South Shore community.
